David was born and raised in Macon, Missouri which naturally led him to his passion for the outdoors. He took a very early interest in chasing whitetails, turkey, and trapping.  After high school David obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. Shortly after college he began his career in Real Estate working for his family owned business which has served the area since 1972. Combining his knowledge and experience in the outdoors, farming activities, and real estate business makes a perfect combination for finding that piece of property that is just right for you. These premium tillable tracts offer approximately 172 total open acres and have been well maintained for decades. Tract 1: 75+/- total acres, showing 56 acres tillable. This tract is located at the corner of Hwy 156 and Hwy 149, with excellent paved road access for grain removal.  Turkey Creek flows from the west, to the east, creating above average hunting opportunities on the south end.
