Joshua was born and raised in Texas and he and wife Julie have raised their large family for the last 20 years in the Midwest where they love hunting and the outdoors. He was successfully self-employed for 25 years before becoming a Realtor®/Land Specialist, has over 2 decades of outdoor recreation-based sales and marketing experience, and he has always taken pride in hard work, attention to detail, and going the extra mile for his clients. He has helped many real estate clients execute satisfactory land transactions, both sellers and buyers. Joshua has been a serious bowhunter and conservationist for over 30 years and his passion for hunting has taken him to hunt in 25 states, Mexico and Canada.
